Added to the Student Commons Plaza in 2009, the Ram Horns are 14 feet tall and weigh 3500 pounds! But be careful to only touch the Ram Horns 3 times: during orientation, when you receive your class ring and when you graduate from VCU!

June 21-#TransformationTuesday Shiori Silver – Hall Director of West Grace South for the Department of Residential Life and Housing
The group picture with student with “OSU” sweatshirt was from my third year at The Ohio State University. The photo is significant to me because it was one of the many fun programs I hosted with my floor as a Resident Advisor in Park Hall. The community I was able to build with this group of residents was incredible and still this day, I am in touch with some of the residents learning about their accomplishments, career successes, and life celebrations. That year confirmed that student affairs is my passion and wanted to pursue it as a career. I learned that I loved providing an environment where students can feel at home and feel included in a community within a large university setting from move-in all the way to graduation. Years later, I am still building community and helping to provide inclusive environments with students from VCU as a Hall Director by working with ASPiRE Living Learning Community, RAs, and West Grace South Community Council. I love what I do and am looking forward to building community with the class of 2020!
